Recently bought a Razer Basilisk, ran into a few problems, tech support has been a nightmare.
I dont even use their shit software to eliminate that being an issue. One issue is it is randomly cutting out. Another issue is if you charge thru a wall charger (USB to USB-C) it doenst let windows trigger the screensaver and doesnt let it go to sleep.
I have 2 requirements for any suggested meeces.
1. Optical switches
2. Wireless
3. programmable buttons.
4. Not Logitech
3 is optional, 4 is not
If razer asks me to send this back, I'm gonna make a video of it getting smashed to bits with a BFH and tell them to F-Off from the headache their support has been. After 15-20 emails they finally ask me to make a video of the problem...
