Recently bought a Razer Basilisk, ran into a few problems, tech support has been a nightmare.:shadedshu:

I dont even use their shit software to eliminate that being an issue. One issue is it is randomly cutting out. Another issue is if you charge thru a wall charger (USB to USB-C) it doenst let windows trigger the screensaver and doesnt let it go to sleep.

I have 2 requirements for any suggested meeces.
1. Optical switches
2. Wireless
3. programmable buttons.
4. Not Logitech

3 is optional, 4 is not

If razer asks me to send this back, I'm gonna make a video of it getting smashed to bits with a BFH and tell them to F-Off from the headache their support has been. After 15-20 emails they finally ask me to make a video of the problem...:nutkick:

I will NEVER recommend another Razer product. :respect:

I've been pleasantly surprised by my Steelseries Prime wireless mouse... not sure it has enough buttons for you though.

Make sure the scroll has the digital encoder.
And I don't like Logitech too. Have you checked omen photon?

If you're worried about switch life, Asus has some models with hot swappable switches.

if it just the switches it might pay off just replacing them ?, been doing it for years now then replacing the pads was the next issue and to get around that was too drill out were the screws are so the pads never need to be removed.

Other wise

Thats funny you posted just as I was just looking on r/Corsair for that. If I was to replace the switches, it would be on my old Logitech 604, but when it comes to soldering...and paying someone to do it is just as cheap as a new mouse.

EDIT: after looking at reviews for the M65, it uses OMRON switches, the very reason I dumped the Logitech mouse. Corsair is having the exact same issues Logi is having with that mouse.

I believe Logitech has moved to Kailh switches, and soldering is well worth learning.

For some strange reason mice do not seem to use two NAND gates against bouncing.

"The third pin is typically used for latch debouncing which is an unused feature on virtually all computer mice."

Had no idea hot swappable switches was a thing

one of my razer mice had a weird spring issue when i pressed the button, they gave me the same run around, and after weeks finally requested a video same as you. it wasn't that big of a deal and i was too lazy to make the video, so i just said fuck it lol

i'd recommend you look into Roccat mice, see if one meets your needs. I have a Roccat Kone AIMO 10 yr anneversary edition, and it fits my hand amazingly well... in a very unique way too. i quite like it. its my go to fps mouse these days. for rpg games i still use my naga.

buttons aplenty. This one?

links or models?
That's it. Pretty subdued design but if you can grab it on sale it performs fine and feels solid. I got it precisely because it's often heavily discounted off it's msrp due to a launch issue (see below).

Be aware early models had an issue with click latency, but the latest firmware appears to fix that.

almost 50% off right now, so I picked it up. Thanks a bunch.

my issue cant be recorded as its a win10 compatibility issue.

Not on sale, but I'll put that on my next mouse list.:D

I think best one is bloody a70 if low budget and is realy good life span is realy low latency i personally use and you can customize everything inthink it doesnt have many buttons tho but it also have macros i think i got the keyboard too its fully laser switches their own factory if you cant and would like something simple with huge lifetime and great quality id say look at roccats mouses they are also pretty great one had titanium switches that have 100million clikc lifetimes
