looking for a special pci-e card.. usb3 + sata 3..

so im looking for a special expansion card that got Usb 3.0 on it and sata 3 on it
i want this for my old hp z800 work station im wondering if such things exist instead of using 2 slots i can use only 1 slot
i do know back in the 90's the made controller cards that got printer ports on it and hard drive controllers on it ect ect

Pretty sure you won't find one with SATA, but there are some with eSATA ports on them - like this one.

There are such cards but performance isn't adequate. Especially if SSDs are used.

Its better to use 2 slots of the fastest and latest PCIe revision.

Regeneration's links bring up a point I should have brought up earlier; does this card (cards) need to provide internal or external USB and SATA ports?

i prefer external usb and internal sata and as mutch as posible i have seen this one https://www.amazon.com/Syba-SD-PEX50055-Port-Controller-Green/dp/B00CHYOQIE . but im wondering if there is one that got allot more ports on it

Define "a lot more". And a lot more of which type? I note that adapter you linked to supports SATA Port Multiplier. And of course, you can always plug a USB hub into a USB port (just make sure it is a self-powered hub).

Asus made a board with USB 3.0 external ports and 2 internal SATA connectors over PCI-E x4.

I actually have one at home that still works great it's on the NEC USB 3.0 chips for most boards not sure if all were.

SATA3 and USB3 increase speed to 500MB/s per device. Thats bandwidth single PCI Express lane can't handle.

Your system is missing SATA 3, PCIe 3 and USB 3. A single card with a lot of ports will work slowly.
