As far as your link above, I don't see any bench or table. Just a pad, perhaps an anti-static and hopefully non-conductive "mod/assembly" pad similar to
this.
Computer test bench shows many options.
But you really need to be more specific in describing what you want.
Something like this
this works great too. It provides lots of non-conductive workspace and you can build it yourself pretty cheap. Just be sure you do NOT "finish" the surface with varnish, shellac, polyurethane, etc. You want an unfinished surface to ensure a non-conductive surface. You also can [and should] run a solid copper grounding cable from the bench to facility earth ground pretty easily. That's important to keep destructive ESD events from ruining your day (and motherboard, RAM, graphics card, and/or CPU too). And with a real work "bench" you have room for a multimeter, soldering iron, and a
bits bin as well.
