Looking for ATI Winflash older version

I'm trying to find an older version of ATI Winflash. The newest version seems to not like my card, and continues to give me a subsystem mismatch error, even after I change the bios subsystem ID in RBE. Anyone with a link to the older versions of ATI Winflash?

Oddly enough, I've been having the same issue with the new version of Winflash too. Regardless of SubVendor ID, it still gives the error...
