Ahoi Matey's,

I'm looking for DDR2 PC-8500 4GB to fit with my MSI P43 Neo-F Motherboard.
But the thing is, I can't find it for less then € 100!! (that's $150).

Can anyone advise me which DDR2 kit I can buy for less then $150 or are they just very expensive nowadays?

Thanks in advance,

Prices are way up, I would suggest looking for used RAM.

I have those OCZ Reapers, 100$. Where are you from then if you speak from Euros?

I'm from The Netherlands :) And where can I find sites for buying used ram?

^ Thnx :respect: That looks good! :rockout:

Any other suggestions?

Where you live man, RAM iz always cheap arse here :D

Netherlands lol

DDR2 has come up a huge amount in price since summer... Should've bought some 4gb kit back then, but I was broke... And now I'm angry. :p

I tried ebay but I cant find them near the € 70 price tag...how frustrating. Is it even worth to put 4GB PC-8500 5-5-5-15 1.8V in my system? Or should I just keep my 2GB PC-6400 Kingston ValueRAM?

Its nuts, i remember when the FS section here had 2x2gb kits for 40$ sometimes even in the 30$.
Now guys are ripping their fellow TPU members off, jeez charging over 80$ for some ddr2:shadedshu

GL in your search OP.

yes i have those... they are amazing. They OC past my NB's ability to run them so I cant comment on the OCable ness of them... but they definitely run at 1100Mhz at specd volts and timings on a 1600Mhz fsb on my board...
