Hi Everyone,

i'm looking for: 4GB DDR3 Dimm working @1.35V, either stock or undervolted, that is sold as one unit (1x4GB). The Clock is not that important since i'm going to use it on a Brazos Zacate system.

Currently there is a few Manufacturers offering Low Voltage DDR3 Dimms. Among them Kingston LoVo and G.Skill Eco Series. There's also some Mushkin and Exceleram offerings that i know of. Problem is: Apart from G.Skill, nobody offers 4GB Dimms. And G.Skill only sells them in pack of 2s + they are currently not available in my country.

So i was hoping someone here has some experience in underclocking at rather low voltages and could point me to a product.
Or, since not not many people are underclocking their rams (hence my search not returning any useful information): Which ram's can be clocked highest at 1.5V?

Thanks!

thanks, thats the kinda search i've been looking for.. and didn't find with out local price search engines.

Sadly there's no 4GB Dimm @1.35V that's sold as a unit of one.

Undervolting results, anyone?

EDIT: since most products aren't available in Switzerland, i'm going for one of these:

CORSAIR Vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9
1x 4GB, DDR3-DIMM, PC3-12800 (1600MHz), CL9-9-9-24

CORSAIR CMX4GX3M1A1333C9
1x 4GB, DDR3-DIMM, PC3-10666 (1333MHz), CL9

KINGSTON ValueRam KVR1066D3N7/4G
1x 4GB, DDR3-DIMM, PC3-8500 (1066MHz), CL7

i'll probably order the Vengeance and hope i can undervolt them somewhat when using them at 1333 or 1066.

Out of curiosity why is 1.35v so important and if it is for power or whatever why not get one of the zacate boards with sodimms those are lower volts stock

Yeah i'm going for the Asus E35M1-I Deluxe. Which has normal Dimms. I considered buying a board with SO-DIMMs but AFAIK there is none offering 5+ SATA Ports, which i need.
So i'm going to buy the 1600/CAS 9 @ 1.5V and try to run it at 1066/CAS 7 @1.35V.

even the cheap 1066 dimms should undervolt to 1.35v
