Hello everyone

So I have a small issue with my new PC
my specs are: CPU i7 12700 4.9Ghz
GPU: RTX 4070 12GB
RAM: 32GB
Monitor: Samsung Odyssey 27inch 144hz

I play all games on Ultra settings on 1444p and I'm getting 100+ Avg FPS (games like, Warzone, CS2, Last of us, Immortals of Aveum, DOOM Eternal, Farcry 6 and etc)
but the thing is that for some of this games, 1% low FPS drops below 60 (smtimes it drops down to 40-45) and it causes slight stutterings, and its annoying, while for Warzone for example 1% low FPS in consistent and always over 100FPS, but as I said for some other games I m facing this issues, any solutions on that? or could it be the CPU bottleneck?

Post screenshots of ThrottleStop including the main screen, the FIVR and TPL windows. Is this a desktop computer? The default turbo power limits for the non K series CPUs are usually set to only 65 Watts which is very low. This can cause significant performance drops especially after playing for a while. Some more info will show me if anything can be done to fix this problem.

There's your trouble. For smooth "Ultra" settings gameplay you should at least have 16GB VRAM. Set it to "High" to restore happiness (and I do mean it).

So the card doesn't have enough frame buffer

thing is, I barely use even half of my VRAM on these settings, so I dont think its an issue

warzone and cs2 may be having upstream issues, techspot has already proven your VRAM & hardware is not an issue in Far Cry 6 and doom eternal.
have you tried turning on freesync? I don't think your monitor supports g-sync

@Zakara

Your settings look OK. Try setting PL1 equal to PL2, 160W.

Check the Log File box and play a game for about 15 minutes. Attach a log file when you are finished testing. Turn on Nvidia GPU monitoring in the Options window so the log file includes that data.
