I'm going to put together a computer for the daughter (she's only 6) to have in her room. She plays some random flash games and web based games and watches netflix. Main purpose of this is to keep her off my computer, plus she'll have a computer to do school work on when she gets a bit older.

The MB I have doesn't have on board GPU, so a video card is a must..

I've got a 400W PSU to put on the computer. So it'll run the Phenom II x4, 4GB DDR2, 1 HDD and a DVD drive. I'd like to get a GPU that strictly runs from the power on the PCI-E slot.

I can get a GT 630 from MicroCenter - it's roughly $65 and after rebate, $35. Or I can pick up a GT 730 for roughly $65 off newegg. Or maybe someone has an AMD equivalent card they could suggest as well. Just looking for some ideas for something cheap and viable.

For roughly $65?

Try something like this:

PowerColor AXR7 240 2gb 60$ ($50 with 10 dollar rebate) Pretty good as far as low end goes and its on par with the GT 740.

Although based on what she does, any of what you have suggested will do it just fine.
