MAX TDP ? O_O

I have this Q in my mind from long time " What Is max TDP mean ? "

for example

If Mb support max TDP 95w
If CPU support max TDP 125 w


so, Is that mean CPU will not work on that motherboard ?!

Is that the max the MB can supply to the CPU, or the max for the chipset on the board?

not like that, cpu tdp should lower or same as motherboard tdp
if you read on the mainboard box it means how high cpu tdp that supported by the board
if your processor has lower or same tdp is good
dont try higher tdp processor with lower tdp motherboard
