It also depend on what RAM chips are used by the manufacturer of the RAM. I know you don't want to push B-die beyond 1.45-1.5V for daily use (I'm running 1.47V daily)

Intel has certified kits up to 1.55 .... so if ya have one of those... 1.55 is fine.
Recommended up to 3200 ... 1.20
Recommended up to 3600 ... 1.35
Absolute Limit Certified by Intel at DDR4's release = 1.50
Absolute Limit Certified by Intel (last I looked) = 1.55
Check RAM and MoBo manufacturers web forums .... Back in DDR3 days, when everyone was saying 1.50 was the limit despite packaging and SPD stating 1.65, Mushkin said 1.735. Other forum users went had stability as high as 1.94 but were using extreme cooling.
Another way to get some feedback is your BIOS, on my box, as you push higher and higher... the numbers turn yellow (warning) and eventually red (scary).

ive run 1.48v for 2 years in a hot case and no problems - you should be fine. Some of the ultra high end kits out there run 1.5v xmp and have a pretty long warranty, so it seems that 1.5v is the accepted safe limit.
