Ok.. after much googling and very little luck perhaps someone still has the tools kicking about. I want to update the firmware on my Maxtor DM10 drive as the formware on it is old.. and crap. Pretty sure various HDD features are screwed in the firmware on my drive as well, so given how "famous" this drive was for issues with nf4 chipsets, I'm shooting from the hip a firmware update may give me some joy.

HDD Details:

250GB Maxtor DiamondMax 10
SATA, NCQ, 16MB Cache
BANC1G20 Firmware

Now, what I'm hoping is that somebody still has one of these drives and has the firmware flasher Maxtor would of sent them along with a newer firmware than I have. If anyone feels so inclined, perhaps someone wants to do some more detective work and figure out the codename for my drive, I can't find it out so far. HERE is the only useful link I've been able to find.
