currently ocing some ddr4 micron Edie and i was getting 3800mhz stable but decided to farther tighten trp trfc and trdwr and ended up with an infinite post so had to reset bios and now with the very same settings i had that passed a 300% of memtestpro i cannot get it to pass 30% weird if only i knew what setting i needed to change to get this board to do proper retrain with every post i probably wouldnt be here but here i am

heres a 3733mhz oc thats passed 800%
and yes i have disable fast boot it occasionally takes like 40 seconds to boot when messing with the clock speed and voltages. sadly the trcdrd sucks on this kit

1.5 V? Brave.

well its doin it if i lower it to 1.45 it errors

Micron scales to 1.6+ depending on the ICs.

E die cl14, my imc cant handle higher.
Default procodt was 36 or something and it wasnt stable, works ok with 40ohm

gave up on my r5 3600 and got myself a 10600kf and now running 4x8 of these stick at cl17 4000mhz still got alot of tuning to do but ive got my primary's close got trp to tighten before i go and tune secondarys.... 60k on writes and only 53k on reads... also having some fun time finding info of how to tune trcdwr on 10th gen since it doesnt exist on intel
current timings are 17-22-22-42 trrds 4 tfaw 16 trfc 650 2T cause trfc auto will not boot past 3000

Post your timings if you want input :) You can probably run RFC a bit tighter. My rev E do 592 at 4000. 16-21-21 at 1.45v works. Rev E can run WTR quite tight, 3-8 should work fine.

i got the gigabyte aorus z590 ultra do u know what software i could use to get all the timings im debating to install the gigabyte app center but i want to avoid conflicts with my fancontrol software

iirc ASRock timing app and Asus memtweakit still work, ASRock is in the second post

managed to get 1k% in hci was struggling to figure out what was causing a single error between 90 - 115% until i bumped SA and OI above auto and noticed the bios was saying my trp was the same as
trcd =22 so i changed it to that from 18 so i dont know if this board is respecting what i set it too

also when i use the safe mode button to restart the system from a bad setting it deletes all my configs but if i just wait why it fails to train it will reset and still have everything i punched in... like what i expect that button is supposed to do

Suggestions:
RTP 8
WR 16
RFC 600
REFI 65535 (may cause issues, but worth a shot)

Play with proODT and drive strengths if you know it was ok.

Do a reset again, try a test using only one module and then set it up and just as additional later.

AddrCmdSetup 56

My rams were P95 stable but as soon as I ran TestMem5 it would error out on the block mirroring test, changed the above setting and they work fine no errors now.

this is no longer a ryzen system its a 10600k with 4x8=32gb micron E at 4000

AddrCmdSetup 56 is usually seen on Samsung B-die to help get GDM disable and 1T stable.
It's usually much easier to get GDM disable and 1 T on Micron RAM I believe because they don't do has low RCD like samsung B-die.

With both my Micron Rev B and E Kits I dont use or need AddrCmdSetup 56 to get GDM disabled 1T stable.

If it does not affect latency too much I suppose you can try it on Mircon REV E and see if it helps or not but it should not be needed.

Edit
OP switched to Intel now so Setup 56 is used on Ryzen system AFAIK.

not by much most of the uplift was from REFI but it did get my latency down to 48ns from 50ns

after REFI i say there was only 300 on read and 230 on write

heres some sscreens of aida anything more i can do i want to reach the extremes of these 2 kits
Try lowering RFC by 8 untill you get issues. Start at 600 and see if it works. Try lowering RCD/RP to 21, CL to 16, except for that there is little left. Maybe some to do with tertieries, but I'm not good at that.
