Microsoft Readies "Wedge" Mobile Keyboard for Windows 8 Devices

Apple wasn't the first company to make a tablet either. Does it really matter who made what first or who did what first? If you make something that is successful and mainstream, other companies will follow suit because they want a piece of the pie.

Apparently you do since you brought it up. Microsoft had been a hardware manufacture a long time ago (and now) so whats the deal then? If anybody can't use aluminum in any computer type device because that's copying Apple, then we have a serious problem

If you can't innovate; just copy Apple.
You must of missed all the other wireless small form factor keyboards that have come out over the years.

I've seen Logitech and about a bajillion different OEMs use the small form factor "stylish" design for ages.

Not that I care, I hate these small keyboards

Looks like a mini version of my Wireless HP Elite keyboard. Still cool none the less.
Also didnt Microsoft have a similar keyboard but curved before???

no touchpad? what use is it for tablets then

Since most tablets don't have a touchscreen.

means it needs a seperate mouse. really weird its just a keyboard.

unless win 8 is being designed for keyboard only use...

Why do you need a track pad with a touch screen?

Why do you need a track pad with a touch screen?

if you're using a dedicated keyboard, odds are you arent wanting to use the screen

I don't see it that way, personally. Especially in something that small and close together.
