Microsoft's Agility SDK Update Brings Shader Execution Reordering, Opacity Micromaps, and Tiled Resource Tier 4 Support

Cyberpunk already implements a lot of these recent DirectX features that really speed up path tracing. Particularly opacity micro-maps and SER, which nVidia™ introduced with the 40 series cards. I played Cyberpunk path tracing before the patched in these new features, and the new features actually do really help performance.

Early opacity micro-maps and SER support are enabled via NVAPI.

Yes, indeed as that is how CDProjectkt (however you spell their name) implemented it. But DirectX gaining it isn't some minor thing, since these features did speed up the game a good amount. I think Indiana Jones doesn't use these for Path Tracing, and the Path Tracing performance fall on it's face as Cyberpunk did before implementing those features.

Add to that cyberpunk, black myth wukong , Indiana Jones and every path traced game, it is documented on developer.nvidia.com.
As i said, there is no benefit for Nvidia, they did the work already, it just wasn't in DX12 specs, now it is and unfortunately AMD and Intel can benefit from it.
How is that unfortunate for AMD to get support? . You mad cause your NVIDIA cards will no longer be special?
