Hi, new here but i wanted to ask some experts what i m facing with my 3080 Gigabyte 10gb OC

I built a terra case Terra — Fractal Design and i had no choice to deshroud my 3080.

The problem is that the 3 GPU LED (logo gigabyte) couldnt be removed (idk why but it was impossible) and I accidentally cut the wires attach to it.

The base of the 3PIN connector from the GPU LED stayed in there...

Is it easy to fix ? is there any change pieces available on internet, what would be the name ? Could it be dangerous (regarding electricity things...) ?

I'm a newbie in the domain and I just needed 2 cm more to fill up the full 3080.

Thanks in advance

We can't properly advice without pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words.

If you just cut the wire it should be simple enough to fix - the simplest beginner soldering iron job - peel the plastic/rubber coating on both ends of the cut wire, tie them together, dip in the flux, drop of tin, flick the soldering iron, wrap it back in a piece of insulating tape (I like 3M's electrical tape) and you're set.

You can probably find a replacement part if you're still intimidated by this but, honestly, it's largely cosmetic and shouldn't affect the GPU's operation

Power down completely. A little dab of liquid electrical tape. Wait till cured. Power on. Pretend it never had lights to begin with.

Talking about this

(not exactly the same) stuck in the GPU board with the wire cutted.

Not enough info on how the connector is stuck on the board. I think you used the wrong kind of force when you tried to remove it.
I would say gently rock back and forth and try to pull.
