I think for the vast majority that do mining are just some kind of hobby. I am talking about the people who mine and not the day traders. I think most people only have a few graphics cards running. I know of only 1 person who has more than 5 rigs, 6 gpu's each rig, mining right now, the rest only have 1 or 2 extra gpu mining.
