Modded AMD Radeon RX 460/470/480 drivers to run on older R9 300 series?

Back when AMD Radeon HD3000/HD4000 series GPUs became "legacy", and were dropped from official AMD Radeon drivers updates, i.e. oldest supported became the newer HD5000 series, some folks found a way to mod newer drivers to support HD4000 GPUs too.

Is there any chance of this happening with the current June, July+ 2021 drivers, or maybe already happened so they run on the now legacy, not supported R9 380/390 GPUs? :) Latest official ones are vers. 21.5.2 from May.
It is probably a long shot to do this, but I am asking, just in case.

You can either do it yourself or you can download the installer tool people made which was created by NIMEZ here is a link to up to date thread. You can install it on Terrascale GPU's even.

No, I cannot do this myself.
I lack the knowledge needed to do drivers mods, that is way past my programming abilities.
