Pytam o możliwość przesłania kolejnych vbios. Moje bios
ma takie dane mocy.

Limit mocy płyty:
Cel: 200,0 W Limit: 216,0 W
Adj. Zakres: -50%, + 8%

Chciałbym zmienić te parametry, aby karta miała mniejszy limit mocy. Na przykład, GTX 1060 3 gb zbroja OC ma takie parametry

Limit mocy płyty docelowej:
120,0 W Limit: 140,0 W
Adj. Zakres: -50%, + 14%

Mam nadzieję, że wyjaśniłem. Mój angielski jest bardzo zły

Google Translate:

New # 1 I am asking about the possibility of sending more vbios. My bios has such power data. Disc power limit: Goal: 200.0 W Limit: 216.0 W Adj. Range: -50%, + 8% I would like to change these parameters so that the card has a lower power limit. For example, GTX 1060 3 gb OC armor has such parameters Target disk power limit: 120.0 W Limit: 140.0 W Adj. Range: -50%, + 14% I hope I explained. My English is very bad

If you want the card to use less power, just run it with lower clocks and/or lower volts. That's all a lower power limit accomplishes anyway. It doesn't magically make your card more power efficient. It just keeps the clocks and/or volts as low as they need to be to stay within the "power limit".

Either that or consider selling your card and buying a less "powerful" one. As drastically lowering the power limit, and thereby drastically limiting its performance, basically defeats the purpose of running a more "powerful" card to begin with.

the matter is not easy when it comes to the afterburner. Because I have a Linux card it uses for ETH.
Simply on linux you can only lower the power limit, you can not lower the voltage. I would really need a bios from you for a smaller Power Limit. For example, the same as the MSI ARMOR card.

Is it possible to modify the bios to lower this power limit?

Nope, you can only shunt mod it, in other words mess with the board which I don't recommend. Well I don't recommend modifying the BIOS either.

That being said I highly doubt you'll get crazy gains from doing that. My 1060 at 2156 Mhz is still barely touching the power limit most of the time and that's the 1280 core version.

Also you seem to be contradicting yourself, you say you want to lower the TDP limit but you mention a TDP interval that's higher than stock.

Sorry I do not understand "you say you want to lower the TDP limit but you mention a TDP interval that's higher than stock"
my card has
Board power limit
Target: 200.0 W Limit: 216.0 W
Adj. Range: -50%, +8%

I would like to achieve a 60 watt result. For example, msi armor can reach 60 watts

Board power limit
Target: 120.0 W Limit: 140.0 W
Adj. Range: -50%, +8%

There are no 1060s that come with a 200W TDP limit

120W is the stock TDP limit that the card should come with. Something is amiss here, you have a different card ?

You keep repeating the same stuff over and over and you don't provide any additional information such as what card you are using.

Saying " I am interested in 60 W MSI Armor " means absolutely nothing. Before telling people that they don't understand math you better make sure you provide all the information in the first place, which you clearly haven't.

Regardless I am out, I hope you'll find someone that knows math and can help you in whatever it is that you want to do.
