Monitor issue??

Hi i have a monitor issue i think its the pixels? but not sure, i took a picture with a camera and this is what it looks like:

its viewsonic vx2349wm and its a brand new monitor
whenever i play games or movies its always there

please help me!

Probably something wrong with the monitor's display controller.

The pixels might be stuck. Could be a defective panel. Or the circuits. Return it, it's no point digging aroung for the problem imo. Don't attempt to fix it yourself either as it's brand new.
