Monitor Problem

Hi everyone. So, my monitor was working fine until about 15 minutes ago. I was cleaning and knocked it over, it landed quite hard but it looked ok until I reconnected it (the connector to the computer came out of the monitor when it fell). Now I've got these random, flickering green lines. The strange thing is, their locations are very inconsistent. Certain blue, white or brown areas are affected but then other areas (of the exact same colour) are fine. The lines aren't restricted to specific areas of the screen either. If I make this browser window smaller and move it around, the lines stay in their positions on the browser window rather than their positions on the screen. I tried a different cable and it's the same result. Any idea what's going on and if it's fixable?

Get a new video cable and if problem persists unplug monitor for a bit then replug it. If still going on get a new monitor and be careful next timem
