Hello! So this might be an easy solution post of just returning it but, I just bought a new gpu. A 3060 ti nvidia. Old one was a 1660 super. When I put in the new one it just says “no signal” on both monitors. I applied both the same and the one I had originally worked but this didn’t. i Inserted into the slot correctly.

I’m not sure if it’s whatever this is. I only needed one of these for my old gpu and since this needed two I found another in the pc. It might be the gpu itself and maybe damaged I’m not sure please help It’s pissing me off

It's hard to tell from your photograph, but the right-hand connector may or may not be fully seated. Double check that you can't remove it without unlatching it, and that the plug has clicked into place. Also have you tried using other ports on your graphics card? Do the fans spin up on the GPU when you boot the computer?

Was your 1660S connected with HDMI or Display port and what is your new card connected with?
You might have to just go into the OSD settings on the monitor and change it to a newer input method.
