OK, I have an ASUS S56C Ultrabook that came with a 24GB msata 25mm Kingston cache. It worked well until about a week ago. I just removed it, since it was freezing my computer since Windows wanted it to work.
Anywho, I have been shopping for a replacement. bigger, cheap, and hopefully functional for more than a couple years!
This is what I have found, on Amazon. NewEgg has them also but, prefer Amazon. Here are some links:
http://www.amazon.com/MyDigitalSSD-Super-Cache-HybriDisk-Software/dp/B00JF4CUFK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1
http://www.amazon.com/64GB-mSATA-Mini-Half-SATAIII/dp/B00BMV1AFA/ref=pd_sbs_147_14?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00BMV1AFA&pd_rd_r=5NCVCVQGMSSMAP81EC6H&pd_rd_w=v9hGC&pd_rd_wg=9c6hE&psc=1&refRID=5NCVCVQGMSSMAP81EC6H
I am leaning towards the first one, MyDigitalSSD vs. the other one sold by M-Factor. It's cheaper, shipped by Amazon and M-Factor has had some recent complaint issues, according to their sellers page on Amazon.
Does anyone want to stop me from purchasing the MyDigitalSSD? Make it concise and soon, will be pulling the plug, this evening.
Thanks!!
