Msi afterburner on amd radeon r7 370

Msi afterburner changes the memory underclocking limit from 150 to 700mhz. I want to force msi to underclock memory to 150mhz i was able to do it with amd overdrive.Because 150 mhz is the default idle frequency for my gpu.

i dont like asus gpu tweak it doesnt have auto fan speed i really want to do it in msi

I think the increase in base frequency was to fix issues with power states and display problems.
150 was too low.
