anyone have setttings for these things?
the advanced bios has mega options im working thru to enable all TS options/controls.

MSI i9-12900HX. Can TSBench use E-core or P-core or is it all? It seems to be showing/testing E-cores only (or at least only to the E-core turbo of 3.3GHz. The P-cores are all set to 5GHz).

No one has ever posted any ThrottleStop or TS Bench screenshots while running on a 12900HX so I am not sure.

The TS Bench is not Alder Lake aware. It does not specifically request that tasks be run on the P cores or on the E cores. It is possible that if you run a TS Bench - 4 Thread test on a 12900HX, Windows or the CPU might schedule these tasks on the E cores if it thinks these tasks are not that important.

ok. haveing reset to the first restore, any change to the powerplan cripples it. i will get shots of it.

Pics. it does recognize 4 E-cores doing 3.3g

if i can get the fans under control maybe 5ghz constant could be possible. have 125mv undervolt so far for 4.6 no throttle.

MSI laptops have advanced bios, you can set up whatever you want from there. You can overclock it, undervolt, whatever you want.

Advanced BIOS options can be accessed by going to the 'Advanced' tab and holding down l-alt, then pressing r-ctrl, r-shift, then F2
