MSI nforce4 Ultra problem

I have a motherboard MSI nforce 4 ultra and when I overclock the FSB I have a problem with my pcie card. I have X800pro card and when run atitool I detect very artyfact.
I have AMD64 3500+ and when overclock, the memtest is OK, and the superpi_mod 1.4 is OK, I only have problem with my graphics card. If I don't overclock the FSB my card is OK.
Please, Can any people help me?
 
in the bios, set the pci express frequency from auto to fixed at 100mhz, should resolve problem
 
In games does it shows artyfact?? Remember: if you are using FRAPS atitool detects it as artyfacts!
