Recently my pc has been crashing a considerable amount. I also do not get great FPS in games. Comparing to my friends with much lower end builds then mine, I managed to still get the same FPS as them.

64gb Corsair ddr4 3600mhz

samsung m.2 ssd

If I turn on game boost my pc will crash and all the monitors will go black about 5 minutes into any game & my mouse & keyboard are unresponsive. All of the PC lights are on and fans are still spinning. However the power button will not turn off the PC no matter what and the only way to reboot is to flip off the PSU switch. When it does crash the CPU debug led is lit on the motherboard. I just did a clean wipe of my PC & reinstalled windows and it did not solve the issue. In my BIOS I'm not actually able to change any CPU overclock settings either they are all greyed out. I talked to someone who knowledgeable about PC's and they stated it was because the MOBO only has a single 8 pin CPU connector. Has anyone else had a similar experience or can offer any advise I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

Power supply was insufficient, upgraded to a 1000w and issue has been resolved. Running smooth at 4.9ghz.
