The colour is also disgusting. Calling it "prestige" is a joke.

If I were to be a girl who's looking for a laptop & have $2k budget in hand, I won't even look at that laptop. I'm better off building a rig or get a laptop that has way better specs for that kind of money.
But obviously you aren’t. There is a group of women who will buy this, simply because it is pink and is fairly competent hardware-wise. They will be from all walks of life, including highly educated professionals like my wife. Pink has always been their favorite color and always will be. They will pay for the rarity of these items.

The fact that you don’t get it doesn’t matter. You obviously are not the market. The market are women who buy pink Razer mice or pink mechanical keyboards, etc. No reason to get upset about what other people like.

cool IDEA, a break from the norm with new design ideas is always welcomed. Personally, I am waiting on INTEL to release 11th gen procs, then ill be buying laptops again, and a new desk top as soon as those procs are available.

As usual, the boring brigade out in full force! More colors for laptops of all categories and all gear in general, please, from yellow to green to blue and sparkle too. I have a canary yellow Galaxy S10 and it's so nice to look at every time, will never go back to a boring black phone.
Imagine if all guitars were black, blue and sunburst! What a sad world that would've been.

To each his own, I guess. I remember how annoyed I was back when Samsung didn't offer a black Galaxy S3 right from the start (the black version was announced a few months later). The colorful versions of the Note 10+ feel like cheap toys, and I simply don't see myself using a laptop, smartphone or basically any other device in colors other than black or at least dark gray.
The fun part is that my wife is a petite blonde, the type typically associated with the affinity to cheerful, bright colors, and she shares my dislike of such. Thankfully the market is vast and everyone can find a suitable device.

To be fair, most notebooks I've encountered are running in single-channel mode. Hell, most notebooks only have one RAM slot. That is, unless you go for ultra-high-end, the low end is all single-channel single-slot RAM.
