Edit: Found a workaround in this post http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=276683
This is resulting in high start up temperatures, and it only revert back to normal state after i enter and exit a 3d app.
The GPU1 utilization is also booting rather high, in the 80%+
Using Cat 8.10 (not hotfix) - CCC show 507Mhz in both GPUs but Rivatuner and Everest show the difference, and i know they are correct because of temps
I think im able to fix it by creating a profile with GPU clocks Want0 and Want1 with 500Mhz, but then i would have to create a separete profile for gaming and the last time i did that, my pc would boot, but when CCC loaded, screen flashing and BSOD
