I tried different versions of throttlestop but it doesnt save anything. I did some research and people with my problem had their FIVR controls locked but mine doesnt say locked.
My cpu is i7 11800H. What am i doing wrong? Also I'm on windows 11 maybe thats causing the problem.

You need to disable the Windows 11 virtualization settings. Virtual Machine Platform, hyper-v, Windows subsystem for Linux, core isolation memory integrity and maybe one more. Delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file, reboot and try again. The voltage column in the monitoring table should not be showing the same value for everything. 0.0449V shows that ThrottleStop is being blocked by Windows 11.
