My processor's igpu is stuck at stock speeds

The igpu on my laptop cant seem to increase speeds. Its stuck at stock speeds. I am trying to find how to increase it but cant find the settings in the windows or Asus armoury crate software.

My laptop model is Asus scar g15 2022
windows 11
i9 12900h-cpu
3080ti-gpu
32gb ddr5 4800mhz-ram
SSDs drives

I tend to play some older titles at the library and dont like use the 3080ti mobile while other people are around, dont want to bother them with the fan noise.

Is the 3080 disabled in device manager? The Iris Xe clocks itself automatically and should peak around 1.3GHz.
The intel XTU software to manually overclock it only works for *K *HK or *HX processors.

The clocks return back to normal when I do a restart.
