Once you've got the original BIOS back on the card, can you please forget about VBIOS flashing for a lifetime? It's never a solution, only a source of problems.
i’ve already got the original one

I never flashed another bios on my card, previus owners did it for making it look like rx580,then they flashed back RX570 bios but the wrong one so i flashed the original msi bios again

Btw i only plugged 6pin of the 8pin connector but that totals to 150w anyway.
It's not just the watts it's the amount of current that is deliverable you need to use the 8pin to 8 pin not 6 pin
Cooler Master 460W Psu (12v 312W)
get a new PSU

Also follow what @eidairaman1 has asked you to do he knows his shiz when it comes to VBIOS flashing

If i use 6pin to 8pin adapter, problem solved? The other extra 2pins are ground so there shouldn’t be any problems right?

The 8 pin allows for more total wattage to be used by the gpu. I provided several bios that are correct when compared to the msi page, so pick 1 and lets go. Stop going in circles

From your gpu-z screenshot you do not have the original, but 1 that has been modified for Mining

Your default clock speed for Gaming is supposed to be 1281 not 1242,

You didnt have that image earlier from this link.

Anyways get an 8 pin adapter and change gpu die thermal paste and possibly thermal pads for RAM and VRMs and that is all you can do outside modifying the gpus power limits via polaris bios editor or igors lab more power tools...

You may consider looking at an RX 5600XT as an upgrade
