My Video Game Storyline

Haven't updated this in a while! Well, i order that new software about a week ago, hopefully it will come sometime this week. I'm really excited, though i have decided to ditch my previous storyline. Idk I just dont like it anymore it never really flowed that good. I will be developing a new storyline. Im looking into making a horror game so if anyone has suggestions that would be great. I was looking at Benetanegia post on page three. I might try and use something like that.

The new storyline that i have been working on for a while.

In the year 2020, life is found deep below the moon’s surface. Scientists figure the life could have existed there for millions of years. A group of astronauts are sent there to find out more info and try to collect samples of these multi cell creatures. They successfully do, and bring them back to earth for testing and analyzing. Little did they know that this was a big mistake. Traces of the microscopic creatures escape their test tubes and holding facilities. They slowly work their way into the scientists transforming them into dreadful creatures. The creatures then contaminate the public and soon the world. You are one of the remaining survivors who must fight off these dreadful transformed humans. You try and try to create some sort of antidote along the way. Will you make it out alive and save the humanity?

Sounds Cliche, like a Half Life Resident Evil Combo IMO. I'll personally be thinking hard this time instead of just throwing stuff out there. But it would work none the less.

Yea i have been thinking hard. My creativity isn't one of my strengths, so this is really hard for me. Ill keep thinking though.

I don't think its a cliche, I haven't seen any games where you try to re colonize the earth, you mostly just keep crap from blowing it up or taking it over...

well in both half life and resident evil you are a PURE HUMAN SURVIVOR.

here you may make the character kinda mutant (exposed to that makes humans monster but due to its unique genetic he doesnt get very affected, he gets the power of the enemy but keeps his mind) and maybe u can also add that u find another girl that happened the same of you (keep his mind and be a lone survivor) and by the end of the game you (the two characters) find a way to kill all the aliens and the humans transformed and then they are alone in the world and have to rebuild humanity. And you know how that comes by :pimp:

I dont know why, but for some reason this game sounds a lot like Frontlines: fuel of war, lack of fuel and resources, and two opposing force fight it out and one faction being you the player.

Want an idea? how about Shoot the WINDOWS?? Evil Micro"soft" try to take over the planet and Tux the vanquisher tries to save every computer by shooting all the Bill "WINDOWS" and their evil Zombie Clones
