Need after market cooler for a non reference XFX5850! I can't stand the noise coming from this thing any more!

Any ideas on which ones will work? I can't seem to find any?

A direct link to the card or a part number would help...

Basically, figure out the hole spacing, and search forums for people who have used it.

Here is the model number off of the back of my card.

Radeon™ HD 5850 1024 MB DDR5 DisplayPort (HD-585X-ZNFV)

Yah, I know.

Scythe USA SCVMS-1000 Sleeve VGA Cooler

I have this on an old 4870, and I rave about it. It is quiet as heck, and cools amazingly well. I would take it over the vf900, simpley for the mofsets, that and two fans are better than one:) The only thing about mine is it still seems to be loose, even when it is mounted well. If you dick around with it, it will rotate on the GPU, but it has no ill effects. Also, the tape on the RAM heatsinks isn't that great, I TX-2d mine on, works good.

Reading the reviews, several people have them mounted on 5870s, so it would probably work. If you decide you want me to, I could take mine off and take a picture of the holes.

EDIT: Man, I really like the looks of these, and the fans are controlled by the card, not controllers. If I had to do it over, I'd look at this.

EDIT 2: Guy in post #8 has the Scythe on his 5850. http://www.overclock.net/ati/775666-aftermarket-cooling-crossfire-5850s.html
