Need Good Video Enhancer/Editor Software

Hey guys I'm in need of some advice. I have a drone with a camera that I'm trying to use to video some overhead shots of a construction project, the issue is the drone only records in 480P which isn't the best looking video. Is there a program I can use to enhance the quality of my video and upscale it to 720P ?

My main rig is a Ryzen 7 5800X with 32GB of RAM but I also have my server which has a Xeon 24 Core and 48GB of RAM

I would assume your systems will easily handle it.
But keep in mind that these softwares are all time consuming. Good luck!

The price of that software sucks hard though. $299 Is very step

There are free video editing applications but it's important to consider how much time you want to spend mastering them. Some of them have substantial learning curves. It's no different than image or audio editing applications. Nothing new about this.

Try freeware Shotcut and payware DaVinci Resolve. The latter can be downloaded and used for free. Paying extra to unlock advanced tools is optional. Beware that DaVinci Resolve has a steep learning curve. Both are under active development and have routine updates.

Start with the tutorial videos.

Heck, you may want to watch the Shotcut Introduction and Overview video first and decide "Yes, I can do it."

The DaVinci Resolve user manual is over a thousand pages, the video tutorials are an easier introduction.
