Need help choosing motherboard for an oddware control panel

Hello. I'd like to kindly ask for help with choosing motherboard that would support this control panel: https://www.moddiy.com/products/5.25-Inch-All-in-One-Card-Reader-LCD-Fan-Controller.html. My CPU will be i5-12500 so LGA1700 socket. I understand this control panel is mostly obsolete so not everything will be connect-able on modern motherboard, but I would like to request advice for which internal connectors (or which adapters, if they exist) should I look out for to be able to connect as much things as possible (aside from power itself, I would mostly like to connect the USBs and the fan controllers + the audio). I also found image with the similar control panel's connectors, attaching below. Thank you very much in advance for any advice!

None of these connectors look abnormal and should work with just about any motherboard out there.

It would be easier though, if you picked a board and then ask if those connectors are there if your not sure by examining the motherboard specs in the manual. But for most boards, should have all them connectors.

Hello, thanks a lot for your reply. I am considering this motherboard for example: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-Z790-S-WIFI/Specification (pic attached below). I was mostly worried about the power connector, but I suppose it's a 4pin Molex that should go to PSU, is that right? As for the other connectors, could you please check if some (or perhaps all) can be connected?

Yes, molex will go to PSU.

I see everything except fire wire. USB are labeled at the bottom of the board, so that's easy and probably most important to you I suppose.

Yep, should work fine. All but fire wire.

That’s the only thing I think they will have a problem with as well.

Also just an FYI be careful FireWire iirc will plug into a usb header. This is one of those situations where just because it fits doesn’t mean you should do it. The pin outs are different and you will melt some shit.

I did this a long time ago on an old board where the connections weren’t silkscreened onto the board. I mis remembered left and right and was greeted with a melted wire and a header that no longer worked.

The firewire will be easily handled through an add-in card, from sources such as StarTech. I also don't see a connector on this board for your temperature sensor cable.

Yup, FireWire is pretty much dead. So unless OP has a FireWire device that they really need and want to connect, I would just omit it.

Everything else is pretty much the same on modern boards. Just make sure the board has 2 USB 2 headers.
FAN1 goes into Molex, Fan 2 takes a normal 3-pin fan plug. The shown MSI Pro-Z790-S-Wifi has all the other plugs.
