You have a Lenovo laptop, your GPU is integrated in your laptop's mainboard, so is the GPU BIOS integrated in the laptop's main BIOS.
To fix this you might need to buy a new Lenovo mainboard.
Only specific BIOS'es work for your Lenovo laptop, check their website.
Ofcourse if you still got warranty, RMA.

I still have the RMA warranty I will have to return the laptop to change the motherboard. Thanks for the clarification
