I've been trying to flash a friend's BIOS for hours but can't seem to get this method to work or Asus's AFUDOS utility to work. I don't know where to place the .ROM file using the first method and AFUDOS keeps telling me that this version is not supported with this version of Windows blah blah blah when I know for a fact I'm downloading the right file.
Are there any other methods to flash from DOS? Or can someone here who has used the method from notebookreview clarify where I place the BIOS? I made a folder and named it clevo, but both the refresh and phlash16 command failed.
Edit: Oh right, this motherboard (Asus P5GC-MX/1333) apparently does NOT have Asus EZ Flash 2, so that's not an option.
