Need help identifying computer problem

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what is going on with my computer.

Normally, I would rarely get some blue screen errors after leaving my PC on for long periods of time but up until about a month ago, they have become quite frequent.
I remember trying to work a solution to the problem mentioned on the first blue screen error I actually paid attention to, but even so, I've gotten around 3 different blue screen errors since. The most common I would get at first would say "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA" and sometimes it would say "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" but I've also gotten a few others. Said other error screens usually start out with "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer." but I've also gotten an error screen once that said:

"An executive worker thread is being terminated without having gone through the rundown code. Work items queued to the Ex worker queue must not terminate their threads. A stock thread should indicate the culprit."

So, I'm pretty confused overall with all these error codes. I find that the errors are more frequent when I listen to music or play games. I have a few speculations, and have tried a few, but I was hoping someone would know more specifically what these error codes mean.

you are close to the info you need. When the BSOD happens you need the 0x000....codes. then google them, usually after a couple of hits you will see a reoccuring issue, and make the needed changes to try to address it.

Also, please fill out the system specs in your user CP to allow us to see what all is in the rig in question, thanks.

Sorry I'm late to reply. Had a few things to do, I also filled out my PC info. Hope it's clear enough.

About those error codes. I actually did write some down to narrow down Google results but I didn't really find a definitive answer. Although I did find a few good results just now on general error code help so I'll look at that in a bit. I did forget to mention that after swapping my previous RAM (some G.skill RAM) out with a spare I recently obtained (the Kingston noted in the specs,) I did stop getting the other screens with error codes so far but I did get one today (replaced the RAM 2 days ago) that if I remember correctly, didn't have an error code. I can't remember what it said since I had to get back to something on PC.

To be honest, what I am trying to find out is what could cause shutdowns while playing games and blue screens when playing music/streaming video.

There are a number of things software and hardware related that could cause BSOD's, and odds are it's a hardware issue causing shutdowns.

I would say try ATI Tool's Fuzzy Cube on your x1950, download and run memtest for your ram, use a program like HWMonitor or Everest to monitor system temps, try Orthos or Prime95 for a CPU stress test. See if you can duplicate the failure by stressing different parts of your system, run a scan disk, run malware scanning, etc. Though as sneeky said having the code and even letting us know (i.e. 0x00000124, for me that means a CPU stability issue while OC-ing), can be helpful. There's a lot of knowlegable users here Deuce, but we need a bit more technical info. Do you have your PC set to not "auto restart" on blue screen? If not, go into control panel, system, advanced system settings (iirc, I'm in Vista atm), and find an area that says Startup and Recovery, untick the Automatically Restart and it'll stay on the BSOD till you manually shut down or restart the rig via buttons on the case...that way you can write down the primary BSOD code (that's all I generally research, and I've had good luck finding my issues).
