Hi guys
When im gaming for example warzone 2 or The cycle frontier, my fps spikes down to the 70 region, im getting perfcap reason vRel in the techpowerup gpu-z which means im getting relative voltage and thats fine so graphics card seems okay, my cpu clocks are good, they are at around 4.5 mhz while ingame, my temperature tho, another story, im running cooler master ML 360r AIO with a ryzen 9 5900x, on a asrock x570 razer taichi edition motherboard, 32gb of ram @3200mhz and an msi rtx 3070ti ventus 3x OC.
im posting an ss of the hwinfo after apx 40 min in game (the cycle frontier) all maxed out at 1440p.
Also there is a pic of the set up, i installed the aio facing down so the air doesnt have a chance to get to the pump, also, the fans are blowing through the radiator and right out the filter, so thats not the problem, i peeled the security sticker of the aio and its not there 100% sure about it, i just dont know why im getting those fps drops and why is my cpu running so hot even when i open like 5,6 tabs in a browser it reaches 70c.....
I know i wrote a lot and its all over the place, but im going lucid here, trying to find the problem for the past week, and its my first time ever seeking help online like this, because im desperate... just spent so much money on all the components and to find it doesnt even run smoothly just kills me.

Thanx in advance,
sincerely.

The AIO waterblock is improperly seated or there is the wrong amount of thermal grease applied.

The MasterLiquid AIO waterblocks have only two retention clips and it is easy to tighten these screws so the cooling plate is not providing even pressure onto the processor's IHS. (I have a 240mm version of the MasterLiquid and made this mistake a couple of times when I first got this AIO.)

Loosen the screws, remove the waterblock and reapply the thermal paste if necessary. When you retighten the screws, be very, Very, VERY careful as to not tighten one screw more than the opposite one. As the fit gets more snug, tighten a small amount (maybe a quarter turn on each) and proceed cautiously.

Remember that you are not mounting a wheel on a NASCAR stock car. The AIO waterblock needs to be finger tight.

In the last resort, have someone else more dextrous and with a more sensitive touch do this.

Best of luck.

Your CPU temps are fine. from HWinfo it looks your GPU is okay as well.

Havent wrote this, but the first day when i completed the build i got temps way more hotter than these, and this is what i did, it helpet to this point, but i guess one screw is probably still more tightened than the other.
Thank you very much! :)

dunno man, for a 360 aio, i would say thats a lot

Temps on a Ryzen will spike up when using only a few threads, this is normal behavior from what I've seen on my rigs. Suggest checking your temps during a stress test using all cores (cpuz has one that will do this). This should tell you if you have a cooler problem or not.

Not sure on your frame drops, might not be cpu related.

I ran prime95 for 4 hours without errors but the max temp was 91c, avg was 65 or so with no throttles shown in hwinfo or prime95, but it had ZERO errors.. I'm telling you, something weird is happening here..
I wouldnt get those fps drops if it werent. Thank you for your help tho, much apreciated!

I agree. The max temps are high for a Ryzen 5900X under a 360mm AIO.

I have a 5800X under an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 and it tops out at 52 °C. (It idles at 30 °C.)

Properly installed, I would expect a maxed-out 5900X under the 360mm ML in the 55-60 °C range. The ML 360 has plenty of thermal capacity for all Zen 3 processors, there is no reason why it should be maxing out at 95 °C during a prime95 stress test. It points to incorrect installation.

To me, it looks like potentially improper brakcet tension. Id re-apply TIM and reseat.

I did all of the above, reapplied the TIM, reseated the bracket, i got only a bit cooler temps, but nothing helped like undervolting my 5900x with PBO it works like a charm now, im getting 4950 mhz while temps are almost up to 20 c cooler.
Thank you guys!

What settings did u apply in pbo? I'm curious to try them myself

PBO limits disabled,
curve optimizer all cores - negative: magnitude 25
set my fans in the bios on the performance mode. and thats about it..
:)

I couldve set the throtle to 75 so it doesnt go over it, but like this when i'm playing lets say Escape from Tarkov, im getting stable 60-67 c and it isnt too noisy! :D
I must say tho, while running one more benchmark on prime95, my temps spiked while loading some of the tests up to 90 c for like 2 or 3 seconds but with no thermal throtling indicators going on and no power loss. I read somewhere that its completely normal for those 5000 + series to get so hot because the cpu block is thicker on the new processors so the heat spreads better but they tend to get hotter and its okay? Correct me if im wrong im not an expert, just an enthusiast, sorry if im talking nonsense....

I also added a couple of fans on the bottom to blow some cold air inside.
