For £700 just for the tower you should be able to use your own rig as the template.

The current price of the Hd6870 1GB is around £130-140. I would be tempted to use this card for a few reasons. Firstly it's very good performance to price. Secondly for the price of 2 of them you can get a single Hd6970. I'd avoid the Hd6950 unless you can guarantee a reference dual bios design and unlocking of the shaders. Even then they retail for £200-240 You can almost get 2 of the 6870's for the price point.

The I5 2500K is retailing for about £163 on novatech. If you can find it cheaper with postage go for it. But postage is free on novatech over £50 so they tend to compete with most places.

Z68 motherboards can be had for as little as £90. Again i use novatech as a benchmark and search other sites to compare prices. The UD3 your using should be £110 or somewhere there about.

Your biggest savings should be found on HDD and SSD's You have to shop around for the deals. But you should be able to save a fair bit by been selective. Again keep an eye on postage and you shouldn't go wrong.

For a decent PSU/price i got an fsp from amazon. Fsp while not been the best are still better than a no brand. The one i got was £75 and is a modern design, decent output and is modular. A corsair with similar output was £50-60 more. http://www.amazon.co_uk/dp/B007C2R2KA/?tag=tec053-21
