Other parts I need are

Motherboard: Still deciding which one to get, looking for something high quality like Asus Sabertooth z77

RAM: Ripjaws or vengeance

Hard Drive: doesn't matter something reliable

SSD (maybe depends on price):something fast but a reasonable price

PSU: open to suggestions

CPU Cooler: open to suggestions

I just need the build to total around $900 or a bit more without a video card

From my point right now, try to get everything else on the list except the motherboard. See what you left with and then pic the motherboard. Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 is the lowest good board i wood start from, but if you left whit a little more cash you can go up from there. After all the motherboard ties everything out, but dont overlook the PSU ether as it ties whit the graphics card you want to get in there (so keep that in mind to). As for the rest is a matter of tastes design/price.

Hope it helps.
