I need a bit of help with the laptop listed above. I will provide a direct link to the computer below. Basically, I need to reformat this computer. The client ended up getting a ransomware virus on the machine but it will NOT allow me to boot from any USB device whether it is flash drive or external hdd. It's really starting to piss me off because ive been working on this since Friday night and I just want to be done with it.
Secure boot is disabled and grayed out in the bios and I have tried having legacy boot both enabled and disabled and I cant do a thing. I cant even use Windows 8's built in option of restoring the OS back to factory defaults as the options dont even appear.
Any help would be appreciated.
