First at all, im latino and im just learning english so i have some serious grammar issues... Please dont make fun of me.
I have a refurbished acer nitro 5 AN515-54 with an i5 9300H, i dont have any thermal issues but have some curiosity and start watching videos about undervolting (i dont know almost nothing about this world and just readed before that undervolt an intel laptop cpu is always a great idea). I started with intel XTU but after some videos i notice that ThrottleStop is better, so here I am.
The problem is that when I check the "Limit Reasons" table in idle it always is "EDP Other" on core, gpu and ring, and sometimes it is "thermal" and "PL2" in core and gpu too, have to mention that the bars are almost always yellow, but sometimes "EDP Other" turns red for a sec and back yellow. I guess this isn't good and searched info but i hadn't luck, soooo i need help. Thanks in advance!

Random things lighting up in Limit Reasons when idle is normal.

Go into the Options window and check, Add Limit Reasons to Log File. Go back out to the main ThrottleStop screen and check the Log File box. Now go play a game and when you are done, your ThrottleStop / Logs folder will contain an accurate record of your CPU's performance. Attach your log file to your next post and I will have a look to see if there are any throttling problems. Post some more ThrottleStop pics if you need help.

EDP OTHER throttling is typically related to one of the current limits. In the FIVR window, make sure both IccMax values are adjusted to the max value of 255.75. In the TPL window, increase the PP0 Current Limit to 256. This might help.

The latest version of ThrottleStop lets you adjust the maximum PROCHOT temperature as long as an OEM has not locked this feature.

Download, unzip and copy the new ThrottleStop.exe into your ThrottleStop folder. Open the Options window and try setting PROCHOT Offset to 0. Your default 92°C thermal throttling temperature is lower than the 100°C Intel specification.
