Need msn older version number

Hi . I have some friends who installed the 2011 live messenger but due to older computers they crash it. i will download the latest msn made before the 2011 came out on the msn website. Can you tell me the last full version made not beta made so i can download it. Thanx !

Errrm doesn't anyone else seem to have the issue that when using an older version of Windows Live Messenger/MSN they are unable to sign in because it say's there is a newer version and must update to sign in...?

That has nothing to do with why MSN crashes. The amount of RAM is a bit low, but it's enough, and the CPU is more than enough to handle Win7.

AFAIK, there are other clients available that are compatible with MSN.

windows 7 runs like a bream on this old rig,
windows xp-pro was slower runing on this rig.
i no one gigs shit for windows 7 but the way my mobos eating ram up
balls two bying top end prices on ram for this old rig...

yes that was before wlm 14. atm there are wlm 14 and 15 but we are not forced to use 15 yet.
forcing this means people need to get rid of windows xp

Windows 7 runs pretty good on 1 gig of ram, god i was even playing games with minimal stutter/lag while waiting for my 4gig of ram so i think msn would run ok lol.

msn is just crap full stop it does random things when it feels like it.

iv seen people running windows 7 on old intel p3s with just 256 meg ram
on youtube videos lol
