I have been offered a Thermaltake Kandalf LCS case Thermaltake Kandalf LCS for £50 ($80) but the water block in it is for a socket 775 and I run a socket 1150 Haswell chip, Also the case does appear to be missing some parts namely the usb and firewire connectors on the roof of the case next to the fan housing, I have checked around and found nothing on any shop sites or auction sites that even remotely resembles this case, and some people have reported that TT is a bad brand,
My question then is this, With me being offered this case and it having some components missing and having a LGA775 water block and me running an LGA1150, would it financially wise to get this case and then have to purchase the missing parts and get a new block for my cpu, or would it be wiser to stick with my Corsair H80i and just a bigger case without the extra liquid cooling ?
Thanks in advance for reading and helping me out.
