looks too me like one of your programs has a memory leak. what else can you tell us about these "problems"?

OMG! What did you do>?! You cracked the code that unlocks Windows!! JK

Not totally exactly what i was thinking, Sol. Maybe dying/bad ram?

@Glazierman
How long has the BSOD's been happenning? And can you replicate/make it BSOD?

reply

I can play BFBC2 and it crashes sometimes in minutes, other times in an hour?? but it only crashes when I'm in game. I had heard somewhere where the voltage was raised for the memory, but I have not done any kind of tweaking . REALLY!!

Anything overclocked at all? What's the specs of said rig?

The only think I've done is raise the fan speed becouse these black cards run real warm

I'm OLD not as smart as you guy's, but trying LOL!!!

Download and runt memtest and see if it generates any errors. Could be bad memory.

Like the others have said, run a memory test.
Or,even, run Windows Memory Diagnostic.

Check device manager, see if you have device causing trouble.

Run a couple of good A\V programs.
Malwarebytes
Superantispyware
or others.

Turn off hibernate, dis-able USB power saving( in the advance power options ), try disabling sleeping, dis-connect any not needed hardware for a while to see, run msconfig to see if any programs are running in the back ground that you do not need. If you are running Norton A\V(especially an older version) try turning it off and use something else. Un-install any software that is not needed.
Open a administrator command prompt an run "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes and a space between the c and /) to check the system files.

Check your temps while running a stress test (Prime95 or something):

Realtemp
GPUz
Coretemp
HWinfo32
HWMonitor

If your system gets a BSOD, post the error code info that comes up on the screen.

You have a nice system listed in your system specs. Did you build it?
The thing should be able to run just about anything thrown at it.

Sorta at a loss for a fix, 'cause, it could be hardware, drivers, or incompatibilities(conflicts) in one\both. Could be that 12 gigs of memory. Anything. Need a little more info.

I am not real familiar with the platform and memory combination you are using, but this may be of help; it is an answer from G.Skill to a customer in a newegg review.
:)

here's the newest one Thanks again

OH YES< i did memtest 86 for one hour no errors? Thanks again!!

Have you tried different GPU drivers?

Yes, the newest ones have a known glitch so had to go back to old drivers and now every so often it does this?? Sad part is before new download game was very stable.

Have you tried playing another game to see if the issue is appears there as well. This can help narrow down if it is a system issue or the game's issue. Reply back with results.

Other than that, try double checking all your connections for power plugs, make sure your RAM and GPU's are all seated well in their respective slots. Also make sure the PSU's fan is coming on when the system usage goes up.

Ok, try this;
Update your DirectX.

And, this:
Run with half your ram and\or run the ram at 1333 and\or bump the voltage of the ram.

How is your ram set-up? Are all the slots filled?

EDIT: Also, again, open a administrative command prompt and run this command: sfc /scannow (make sure to include a space between the c and /.)
