Need some help with vbios flashing

I've been trying to figure this issue out with my 7800xt. im wanting to flash a different vbios onto it but can not get amds tool to properly recognize the card at all. flash always fails and has not been flashed in the past. card is only a couple months old and was purchased new from Newegg. I've attached a screenshot of cmd showing what it sees my card as. all drivers are properly installed and ive even tried a clean install of windows with a fresh driver install and still get this. any help would be appreciated

I have followed that guide to the letter and thats what has brought me to the posted pic above. I've been with Nvidia for years and have a lot of experience with their vbios flashing but can not get amds tool to see my card for what it actually is.

Use a spi flasher

It's not worth flashing a card to begin with.
