all DDR3L can run at 1.5V safely, anyway

That sticker says PC3 and not PC3L, so its regular 1.5v stuff

If it is DDR3L, then it can run at 1.35V or 1.5V

DDR3L was used in laptops to make the battery life longer, but was always compatible with regular DDR3 voltages

D3L is identical to D3 aside from the voltage and there were basically no ICs that were made for only D3L voltages and not normal D3 voltages

under that label was just the ramaxel name with the model number which I already I knew. I put it up for sale as dual voltage not ultra low but low voltage.

for what its worth because it likely very different; i had a pair of corsair low power ddr3 that was specc'ed at 1.3v it seemed to me the only difference was one of the two 1600 XMP profiles was 1.3v while the other was 1.5v with speed and timings the same.
i'm sure if you had a machine to boot up and look in the bios would clear things up. but i doubt just going with 1.5v is an issue, ran the ones i had no problemo.

I'm worro that if they're only 1.5 they won't run on a laptop that takes 1.35 only

yeah, no, i really meant to say its safer to stick w/1.5v even if they can do 1.3v. if anything, you're erroring on the side of caution.
