New 4K Screenshots for Death Stranding Released; System Requirements Are In

that doesn't matter, even playing a card game like Hearthstone is a nicer experience at 144 fps 144hz, switching between that and 60hz, the smoothness of the card draws, plays, etc. its just much nicer at high refresh. everything is improved by high refresh doesn't matter the game, outside of some indie games like sidescrollers Dead Cells, etc. those are fine at 30 or 60 fps.

Well then skip this one, I guess?

So far the benches seem to produce over 60, so you could drop this point :)

"The game will be using Denuvo's anti-tamper technology..."

Codex Edition won't :D

Oh I won't tamper with the game at all as long as it has Denuvo, so they succeeded :D

Denuvo to me reads like 'buy on discount when feature complete'. I know its a weird abbreviation, but its true.

Reactions: bug
Strange how good a game made for last generation can be, despite being made to run well on the generation it was made for isn't it.

Sheesh GOOD ?, when did that happen i have tried to watch people's video's on this game and every time put me to sleep. If i wanted to plasy a walking\running sim i would play Arma 3 as if the missions done right makes every thing worth while.

As such the PC version, with our more powerful hardware and (especially for NVIDIA users) backed by DLSS 2.0, is bound to be the best place to play the game.

The game also has AMD FXFIDELITY CAS

Ooh some thing to be excited about.then again nope.

Looks like doo doo. Will consolitis ever end?

Looks like doo doo. Will consolitis ever end?
unless it's a multiplayer game then no it will never end because (get ready for it) publishers are a business and consoles sell like crazy

intels ivy 4/8 vs 6/12 ryzen
nvidia's 1060 vs 590

how is that "console to pc masterplan" working out ?

Intel still lead gaming IPC? Intel/Nvidia still lead in gaming PC market share? Plan will be on hold another year but hey at least they always have "future proofing"

Good results at 4K >60 fps for RTX 2080 Super and RTX 2080 Ti. Better with AIB OC editions.

Do take note that this is showing the average FPS. For RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 TI, it is possible to maintain a reasonable FPS even in 4K. For lower end chips, its likely the minimal framerate may fall below 60FPS. I would be interested to see what sorts of minimal framerates are we looking at here for the lower end models where they claim DLSS 2.0 allows 60FPS gameplay.
